What it does

Four numbers that actually mean something.

Strava tells you what you did. Rozwo tells you what it cost you, and what to do next.

Smart metrics

7-day and 28-day load, Monday-based weekly volumes, and an acute:chronic ratio normalised across sports so an hour in the pool is not counted like an hour on the road.

  • Acute:chronic workload ratio
  • Fatigue ratio from Strava's suffer score
  • Weekly volume trends

Coaching that knows your context

An LLM receives your training-load snapshot — 7- and 28-day load, weekly volumes, fatigue and acute:chronic ratio — and returns one session for today, the reasoning behind it, a risk level and a three-day outline.

  • A risk level on every recommendation
  • The reasoning, not just the verdict
  • Rate each piece of advice

One load across three sports

Run, ride and swim are normalised onto a single scale (1.0 / 0.5 / 0.3), so a triathlete finally sees one training load instead of three that cannot be added up.

  • Per-discipline goals and races
  • Comparable effort across sports
  • Splits and heart-rate detail per activity

Always current, without thinking about it

A Strava webhook pushes each new activity the moment you upload it, and every login replays the last 30 days to catch anything that slipped through.

  • Real-time webhook ingestion
  • 30-day backfill on every login
  • No duplicates, ever

How it works

Three steps, then nothing.

Set-up takes about a minute. After that it runs on its own.

  1. 01

    Connect Strava

One OAuth click. You stay on Strava to authorise, and your Strava password never touches Rozwo.

  2. 02

    Fill your athlete passport

Level, weekly hours, injuries, goal races. The context your activity feed cannot show, kept next to your training so you read your load against what you are preparing for.

  3. 03

    Train, and read the dashboard

Every upload updates your load, your trends and your coaching card. Nothing to log, nothing to press.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Does Rozwo see my Strava password?

No. Authorisation happens on Strava's own site through OAuth. Rozwo receives a token that you can revoke from your Strava settings at any moment, and never the password itself.

What data does it read?

Your profile and your activities, including private ones — the scopes are read, activity:read_all and profile:read_all. Activities, splits and the profile you fill in yourself are stored; nothing else is.

Which AI writes the coaching advice?

A large language model hosted by Groq. It receives your computed training-load metrics and nothing that identifies you — not your athlete id, your name, your email, your Strava token, your activity titles or the free-text notes in your profile. The privacy policy lists the exact payload.

Which sports are supported?

Running, trail running, cycling and swimming are normalised into the training load. Other Strava activity types are still synced and visible, they simply do not carry a sport-specific coefficient.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no paid plan, no trial and no card to enter.

Can I disconnect, and can I delete my data?

Disconnecting is one click: it revokes the Strava token, ends your session and stops any further sync. The activities and metrics already synced stay in the database until you ask for them to be erased — write to us and they are removed.
